A: You are probably experiencing one or more of the following problems:

Q: How do I get a time and cost estimate?

A: Call MasterServ at 1-800-806-7374 or e-mail us via our free estimate page and ask to schedule an in-home visit by an experienced representative.

Q: What does it cost for a repiping estimate?

A: There is no charge for an in-home estimate.

Q: How much is it likely to cost to repipe my home?

A: It depends on the size of the house and the complexity of the job but you will be given an exact quote when you receive your free in-home estimate, and it will often be half what your plumber would charge.

Q: Why not have my plumber do the job?

A: Because we have been specializing in repiping since 1978, MasterServ will do a better job for much less than what your plumber is likely to charge.

Q: Is there any special preparation I need to do before the installation?

A: The only preparation required is to clear off any walls or clean out under your sinks or any other area, such as closets, where the walls will be opened for the repipe installation. If you have any questions about this, you can call our Production Department for more information.

Q: Whom do I call if I have questions while the job is in progress or after it is completed?

A: Your job will be assigned to a Field Supervisor who will oversee the installation of your new pipes and provide technical assistance as needed. He will be more than happy to answer any questions.

Q: Will my water be turned off for a prolonged period of time?

A: No. We will work around your existing piping system until the new pipes are installed. Typically, your water will be turned off during the transition period only.

Q: Will my house be dirty and cluttered while the repiping job is in progress?

A: MasterServ crews are trained to keep your home as neat and clean as possible during the repipe. They will protect the floors and clean the house of debris each day before leaving.

Q: What will I need to do to my house once the repipe service is complete?

A: MasterServ will professionally patch your walls leaving a clean, smooth surface, ready for a professional painting contractor who can then paint the walls in the color of your choice or do any special application at that time..

Q: Is there a warranty on the work?

A: Yes. After your quality installation, you will receive a warranty in the mail with your name on it, along with a copy of the permit for your records.
